Ingredients
- 1 avocado, peeled and chopped
- ¼ cup (60 ml) fat-free sour cream
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- ¼ cup (60 ml) cucumber, diced
- ¼ red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) lime juice
- 1 or 2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
- ¼ tsp (1 ml) table salt
Preparation
- In a medium bowl, use a fork to mash the avocado pieces into the sour cream.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
