Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, peeled and chopped
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) fat-free sour cream
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) cucumber, diced
  • ¼ red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) lime juice
  • 1 or 2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
  • ¼ tsp (1 ml) table salt

Preparation

  1. In a medium bowl, use a fork to mash the avocado pieces into the sour cream.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
