Ingredients

  • 5 tomatoes, chopped
  • 12 olives
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 5 ml (1 tsp.) olive oil
  • 10 ml (2 tsp.) balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in the jar of a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Serve on a slice of Italian bread or crackers.
