Ingredients
- 5 tomatoes, chopped
- 12 olives
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) green bell pepper, diced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) olive oil
- 10 ml (2 tsp.) balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in the jar of a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
- Serve on a slice of Italian bread or crackers.
