Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 ml) plain milk or soy beverage
- 1 cup (250 ml) plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup (60 ml) chia seeds
- 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) maple syrup
- Ground cinnamon or nutmeg
- 3 peaches, chopped
Preparation
- In a lidded container, whisk together the first 6 ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours.
- Divide into 3 equal portions, add peach pieces and mix.
- Can be refrigerated for 2 days.
