Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 ml) plain milk or soy beverage
  • 1 cup (250 ml) plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) chia seeds
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) maple syrup
  • Ground cinnamon or nutmeg
  • 3 peaches, chopped

Preparation

  1. In a lidded container, whisk together the first 6 ingredients.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours.
  3. Divide into 3 equal portions, add peach pieces and mix.
  4. Can be refrigerated for 2 days.
