Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 ml) cubed chicken, cooked
- 1 cup (250 ml) red Delicious apples, diced
- ½ cup (125 ml) celery, chopped
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) green onions (shallots), finely chopped
- ¼ cup (60 ml) raisins
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) low-fat sour cream
- 1 tsp (5 ml) lemon juice
- ¼ tsp (1 ml) ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp (1 ml) table salt
- ¼ tsp (1 ml) black pepper
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine chicken, apple pieces, celery, green onions and grapes.
- Whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken mixture. Mix well. Serve.
