Ingredients
Galette
- 75 g (¾ cup) quick-cooking rolled oats
- 60 ml (¼ cup) milk or almond drink
- 1 egg, beaten or 30 ml (2 tablespoons) chia seeds mixed with a little water (replaces egg)
- ½ sweet potato, peeled and finely grated
- 35 g (? cup) walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 2.5 ml (½ tsp.) ground cinnamon
Garnish
- 2 small pears, chopped
- A drizzle of maple syrup (optional)
Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients for the galette.
- Heat a well-oiled frying pan over medium-low heat and pour the mixture into the pan, spreading it evenly.
- Cover and cook for 5 minutes on each side, or until golden-brown.
- Garnish with pears and drizzle with maple syrup.
