Ingredients
- 1 lb (454 g) boneless pork chops
- ¼ tsp (1 ml) table salt
- ¼ tsp (1 ml) black pepper
- 1 ½ tbsp (22.5 ml) olive oil
- 2 tsp (10 ml) fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tsp (5 ml) minced garlic
- ¼ cup (60 ml) dry white wine
Preparation
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic and rosemary. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add pork chops and cook for 4 minutes on each side. Add wine and cook until wine has evaporated and chops are juicy. Serve.
