2nd edition

Why blue?

In 2007, the blue circle was adopted as the logo for World Diabetes Day. The circle symbolizes life, health and the unity of the global diabetes community in the face of the ever-increasing number of diabetes cases. Blue refers to the color of the sky that unites all nations.

Blue in the spotlight

A sincere thank you to the managers of these buildings who accepted to make the blue sparkle throughout the city of Montreal on the evening of November 14th.

A special mention for the City of Laval and the Complexe Jules-Dallaire in Quebec City.

Thank you to photographers Sylvain Baillargeon and France Pouliot for these magnificent photos.
