Diabetes Québec is committed to advancing diabetes research. Here is a presentation of some of the recipients of the 2019 and 2020 scholarships.
Fostering research is one of the four pillars of Diabetes Québec’s mission. That is why the scholarship and research grants program was established more than 25 years ago.
Thanks to donations, Diabetes Québec is able to award some $300,000 annually to Quebec students and researchers conducting research on diabetes.
Rigorous selection
Scholarship and research grant recipients are rigorously selected by an external committee of experts, chaired by Dr. Sylvie Lesage.
